As a team member of the Metal Hydride Center of Excellence, Intematix Corporation conducts research and development of high-efficiency metal hydrides to facilitate and meet the Department of Energy's targets for on-board hydrogen storage using its proprietary high-throughput, combinatorial material research technologies

For materials discovery, Intematix focuses on combinatorial synthesis and high-throughput screening of complex reversible hydrides and other hydride-based materials in nanoscales. The advantages of our unique approach over other conventional techniques are:

• Enhanced hydriding/dehydriding speed

Intematix will also work on developing new ternary and quaternary complex metal hydrides and catalysts to improve kinetics and thermaldynamics of hydriding/dehydriding for lightweight, high-capacity hydrogen storage.
